We have recently identified certain users in the Instance Dungeon rankings who have recorded clear times that are impossible to achieve through normal gameplay.
Following a thorough investigation of the server logs, we have taken strict disciplinary action against the offending accounts.

Investigation Results

Our investigation confirmed the following prohibited activities:

• Recording Logically Impossible Clear Times

Clear times that contradict character statistics and required movement distances within the dungeon.

• Participation in Fraudulent Activities (Party Involvement)

Continuously forming parties with users utilizing unauthorized tools to gain unfair advantages in rankings and rewards.

Measures Taken

• Permanent Account Suspension

We have imposed permanent suspensions on all identified accounts involved in this matter, including both the primary offenders and all associated party members.

• Regarding Ranking Records and Rewards

Due to system limitations, it is currently difficult to immediately remove the recorded data from the ranking display.
However, all corresponding accounts have already been terminated. Furthermore, any ranking rewards sent to these accounts are rendered "Unclaimable" (Invalidated) as the accounts are no longer accessible.

This policy extends to "leeching" or "carrying," where users benefit from fraudulent acts by being in the same party.
